Decorating and naming a new lounge in copenhagen airport

”It needs to be a very different lounge. A place you notice and remember. A place where everybody themselves welcome – both leisure and business travelers”. That message was more or less the briefing from Aviator when they invited 3 agencies for a competition regarding the decoration of their new lounge in Copenhagen Airport.
Ready for Take off
We won the competition … as you might have guessed. Our winning proposal was called ATELIER and was very colorful in more than one sense. We had divided the lounge in different color sections and inside each section all the interior was in the same color – floor, furniture and lamps.
Upstairs you find the red, orange and yellow sections – strong colors where there will be more activity, more talk, more entertainment.
